The true value of humanitarian, development and diplomatic actions if often shadowed by reports, statistics and press statements. However, behind every food distribution, classroom construction, training workshop and vaccination campaign, there is a face, a story, a life changed - these are the stories we want to tell.
Impact Echoes is a space born out of the need to connect changemakers with the people they serve. It is our humble invitation to development partners, aid workers and diplomatic missions to not only communicate what they do, but also to highlight the effect of their multiple and often challenging efforts on the local populations at the receiving end of strategies, policies and actions.
We strive to be a resource and open space for amplifying voices that are often unheard, overlooked or misinterpreted. One that shows how people considerations are factored in concept notes, implementation plans, deliverables and most importantly, how they benefit communities. Why not celebrate resilience, dignity and progress while we are at it? Not in abstract terms, but how it translates in everyday lives.
